My name is Tawny Davis aka "Halo". I'm a lover for God's word, a mother, an athlete and loyal friend. I enjoy spending my quality time with my son, in the gym and with family. I value healthy relationships and I'm inspired to live a fruitful lifestyle. My daily hustle is to enrich the lives around me through a confident style. I'm living my life in such a way that IF someone were to talk badly of me, no one would believe it ♥.
I find myself being a listener of many subjects. I work with at risk youth daily and find my mentorship to those juveniles to be a ministry. Today is the beginning of the Lenten Season…I’m looking forward to the “shift” in my life. I know for a fact God is getting ready to bless an abundance of those that truly seek his face!! Yeah, I know some of you folks get tired of hearing/seeing my coming to Jesus posts but GUESS WHAT!! I’m living the lifestyle… Are you is the question?

Whenever God anointed someone in the Bible, He anointed them for a purpose, plan or agenda. True anointing is birthed out of pressure, through adversity, as we seek God’s face. When you experience challenges God has a way of releasing His glory in your life. The greater the pressure, the more powerful the anointing you receive. -Unknown-
When you do not react or do what a person is wanting you to do, to promote and elevate them, they will often times throw out the card of you being negative, jealous, envious and/or a person that doesn’t want to move forward. For me it becomes frustrating at times when it’s people that claim to know God, His word and truly believe in His will.
It comes a point in life when you no longer need to address the person and/or the situation but stay in constant prayer that God will change the mindset that life is all about promoting and elevating them.
I, Tawny Davis, live my life to build up and glorify God, not man! I do not owe an apology to anyone for not walking alongside them when I know it’s not in the will of God for my life. At the end of the day, I am accountable and responsible for my wheat. What I mean by wheat is ensuring my life bears good fruit. In producing good fruit, I not only glorify God, but He elevates me with an abundance of blessings.
All of this to say, I wish everyone well in their endeavors. I will not react to negative slugs via Facebook, negative side chatter to mutual friends and immature issues. I will continue to smile, live life and pray that God will bless your endeavors.
My prayer is that people will learn that this life that we are living is merely temporary and a stepping stool towards our final destination. Get on board with living for building up, not tearing down to prove a point.

Sometimes it just feelings like God is taking you in whirl wind of things. A thousand doors open and only one has the final destination. If your relationship with God is strong, grounded and rooted you’ll know exactly what door to walk right into confidently. Each door contains a lesson to learn that will only make you grow stronger in God’s making for your destiny.
Learn to be still & obedient, learn to trust Gods timing, and learn to study his word so that his words will be the light for your path!!
Father God, Thank you! Thank you for always making a way for me even when I allow my worldly mind and flesh to make decisions irrationally. My relationship with you is grounded and rooted in knowing you have everything in total control at all times. Amen

Someone is feeling like there living in the “in between” phase of life….
Their lifestyle is all about living in the will of God. Seems like you’re doing all you can to please God yet everything is falling apart … I’m here to reassure you today that God is in total control of your situation. He knows, He sees and hears your daily confessions and desires. Continue to pray & praise your way though it!! I know, it seems hard, you’re getting weary. Can’t stay focused… Know this; God is capable of doing all things perfect on his timing for his glory. Hang tight; your break though is right around the corner… I’m speaking it into the atmosphere just for you!!
